♥ Currently I ship to the USA, the UK, New Zealand, and Australia using Australia Post. If you wish to upgrade to an insured package just email to let me know (but it's expensive).
♥ I use a pretty simple postage system.... if you live in Australia I charge a flat rate of $5 postage and handling, and if you live anywhere else in the world it's $9 postage and handling (the difference in currency conversion means that's not as much as it seems!).
♥ Our Australian postage system is great, so few problems are to be expected. But, if you do have a problem, please email so I can make it right.... I don't want you missing out on your gorgeous cushion cover!
♥ Please be aware that although I ship your cover as soon as I possibly can (usually the same day), I have no control over the postal system, and particularly International Deliveries. Delivery to countries outside Australia can take up to 2 weeks and on rare occasions, longer.
♥ I will send you an email to confirm your order once it is placed, and also a 'Your Cushion Cover is Coming!' email so you know it's on its way.
♥ Please be sure your Paypal address is the one you actually want your parcel shipped to, 'cos that's were I'll be sending it! I ship to Paypal addresses to ensure seller protection for lost packages.
♥ Heartfire is not responsible for any damage your item may recieve due to the custom's officials taking a peek at what's inside your package. I also take no responsibility for any custom laws or taxes pertaining to your country/state - it's the responsibility of the purchaser to know what their country's laws/tax requirements are.

♥ I accept Paypal payments only with the exception of Australia. If you're in the Land Of Oz, I will also accept Direct Deposit into my bank account. Email me to discuss this.
♥ DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT? Don't worry - you don't need a Paypal account to buy using Heartfire and Paypal! All you need is your credit card, and you can use Paypal's ultra secure system via Heartfire's easy checkout. Just proceed through the Checkout to Paypal and follow the prompts!
♥ Prices are in AUD (Australian dollars) only. If you're a non Aussie who wishes to purhase you can get an idea of how much your cushion cover will be by using the currency converter in this blog's sidebar on the right. It'll be less than the listed price!
