Does Heartfire At Home offer returns or exchanges?
In a word -YES! However, the cost of the shipping return would be your responsibility. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your purchase to arrange your refund. Purchases should be returned within 60 days of the shipment date (ie the date I mailed them out). This gives time for international postage to go both ways, with room to spare! I aim to make every transaction easy, and every customer ecstatic with their purchase.

If you're not happy, I'm not happy.



Where do you ship to and what does it cost?
I'm currently shipping to the USA, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. I may extend this at a later date. Currently shipping costs $5 within Australia and $9 everywhere else. I try to keep costs to an absolute minimum whilst making it easy to calculate at the same time.
Why don't you ship cushion inserts?
Because they cost a fortune to ship due to their bulkiness. Much easier for me to ship the covers alone, and much cheaper for you! You can buy an insert for around $4 to $6 for the normal sizes, and if I shipped them to you I'd have to charge you that much PLUS the shipping amount...... it wouldn't be pretty.

Where can I find cushion inserts?
You can find cushion inserts at most haberdashery, fabric/craft type stores. My local Spotlight store sells them for very reasonable prices (as mentioned above). You can also pay a bit more and get 'down' filled ones, but the polyester ones do just fine and keep their shape well. They're the ones I use at home.

Who makes these gorgeous cushions?
My cushions are made by 5 lovely ladies, mainly in Australia, although my Map cushion covers are sourced from overseas, as are my French Script covers. They're all sewn by someone much better on a sewing machine than me.... those invisible zips are waaayyy too tricky (in fact ANY sewing is waaayy too tricky for me - lol). The others were found after countless hours of scouring the net for individual cushion designers who offered their gorgeous wares wholesale.

Is this Blog Shop completely secure?
Again, in a word - YES. Once you have placed your goods in your shopping cart (provided by top notch specialist E-Junkie), when you click the checkout button you get taken straight to Pay Pal and their secure environment. No safer way to pay online.

Is my information kept private?
Yes. I don't see it, except for your delivery address and contact details. And, I guarantee you I won't be storing them anywhere or letting a single other soul get their hands on that info in any way.

Do I need a Paypal account to shop at Heartfire At Home?
No. If you don't have an account you can either sign up on the spot, or follow the prompts and pay via Pay Pal with your credit card. I have to say though, since signing with Pay Pal a couple of years ago, it's the easiest and best way to pay online with no hassles. I love it.
